Joe was a former pastry chef by trade for several years before coming to know the Lord in 2020 during the pandemic. Joe began to feel a strong calling from the Lord to work with children and young people, being passionate about Jesus and sharing the gospel with young people, he was part of his church’s youth ministry from 2022-2024. In that time, he took part in The Church of England’s ministry experience scheme also at his home church from August 2023 – August 2024.

He has experience in secular work volunteering with Woking youth from October 2024-March 2025. Joe currently works fulltime with a charity for disabled young people known as Challengers and has joined TTT so support Youth Cafe, midweek children’s and youth groups, outreach and the Friday Night Social in partnership with Minster team.
