  • Well-established award-winning youth work team
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment
  • Dynamic settings – schools, church, community

Young people need our support. That’s full stop. Whether during lockdown or a return to ‘in-person’ during exam periods and everyday school life, times of struggle with friendships and family life, with faith and identity, with on and offline communities…

The Trinity Trust Team (TTT) is a well-established youthwork charity with over 20 years’ experience of meeting young people at their point of need and supporting them in reaching their potential as they find direction, purpose and meaning in their lives. We provide this ongoing support through the settings of school, church, and community.

We are looking for passionate and professional youth workers to join us as we take the love of Christ out to local young people through our after-school clubs, youth café, Christian Unions, church-based youth groups, street outreach and range of school assemblies and workshops.

We understand that, during the past couple of years, many youth workers have reflected on and reviewed their work/life balance and professional and personal priorities. With this in mind, we are offering a range of full and part time opportunities so, whether fresh out of college, looking for a new challenge and/or returning to work after time out, there might be something here for you.

If you have a passion for Christ, to see young people reach their potential and you would thrive in a supportive and collaborative team environment why not get in touch with Andy Poulsom, our Team Director on andy@trinitytrustteam.co.uk
